Golf The Costas were invited to field a team in the Pro Am following the Spanish Seniors European Tour Event at El Valle in May 2011, the team was Brian Baker, Stuart Garland and Peter Thompson who had the great pleasure of playing with the professional golfer George Ryall.

George had finished in second place in the main event after a fantastic final round of 65 taking home €20,000 so he was in good spirits when he arrived on Saturday morning for the Pro-Am Competition.The competition was a modified Texas Scramble where all players would drive at each hole and select the best drive, after that each player played their own ball to complete the hole. The best two nett scores counted on each hole.

The Golf The Costas team scored 30 under par taking second place in the event, we would like to thank MatchGolf, Polaris World and of course George Ryall for a fantastic day.
