La Torre Golf Resort - Murcia (Polaris World Nicklaus Golf Trail)

This is the second of the Polaris World golf courses in Murcia designed by Jack Nicklaus and a part of the Nicklaus Golf Trail. It has over five hectares of elaborate bunkers and waste areas often running between the holes that demand a level of respect and accuracy to every shot. |
The course is one of the shorter courses in the Nicklaus Golf Trail with four sets of tees and a Par 68. Having said that the course is a typical Jack Nicklaus design with strategically placed bunkers and waste areas that will make you think about your club selection on almost every hole. There are three large lakes that come into play on 6 holes and the golf course is complemented with lush landscaping and great views. Beware of the par 3 9th and 11th holes they can quickly ruin a good card.
Location
La Torre Golf Resort is situated close to the Spanish town of Roldan, Murcia. It is 15 Minutes from San Javier/Murcia airport and 55 minutes from Alicante airport.

Directions
From either Murcia-San Javier or Alicante Airports, take the AP7 Alicante-Cartagena Motorway and exit at Junction 782 to join the C-3319, Direction Balsicas/Murcia. Leave C-3319 at exit "Sucina-El Garruchal" and follow signs for "Urbanizaciones".
