Alcaidesa Golf, Links Course - Cadiz, Costa Del Sol

Alcaidesa Golf is located west of San Roque only 8 miles from Gibraltar and close to the famous Valderrama Golf Club. The resort has breathtaking views across to the Rock of Gibraltar and on to Northern Morocco’s Atlas mountains. This is the closest you will get to playing a links golf course in Andalucia, it offers stunning sea views, heather and gorse just like we have in Scotland.

The coastline of the Mediterranean Sea provides a great backdrop for an outstanding golf resort. Alcaidesa has a new club house combing a restaurant and bar with terraces overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

The Resort has two 18 hole golf courses, The Links and The Heathland and booking a round on any one of the two courses will allow you to play the second course free on the same day after 2.30pm (subject to availability)

This is the closest you will get to playing a links golf course in Andalucia, it offers stunning sea views, heather and gorse just like we have in Scotland. The Links Course opened in 1992 and was designed by Peter Ellis and Clive Clark who have developed a course layout where almost all of the holes are close to the sea offering a true links golf sensation where the winds and weather fronts change without warning. The course is 5,846 meters from the white tees.
