El Chaparral Golf Club is located between Fuengirola and Marbella and since it re-opened it has become one of the most attractive golf clubs on the Costa del Sol. The course was originally designed by Pepe Gancedo and it is a par 72 measuring just under 6,000 meters from the white tees. |
It has 6 par 3s, 6 par 4s and 6 par 5s and the layout will offer a challenge to any level of golfer. Every hole is different and you will love the scenery around the course, it is tree lined and climbs its way through the hills and back down into the valleys demanding the use of almost all the clubs in the bag. The quality of the greens is largely due to the expert care of agronomist Manuel Pantoja, who has not only redesigned a number of the holes but is also responsible for their constant upkeep.

Directions
From Marbella, take the N-340, go past La Cala de Mijas and take the exit for El Faro (km 203). Turn back on yourself in the direction of Marbella and take the 2nd road on your right called "Via de Servicio". You will then see the arch of El Chaparral Golf Club.
