Valle Romano Golf Club is located just 5 minutes drive from Estepona on the Costa del Sol. The course was designed by Cabell Robinson to be a part of the European Tour and it opened for play in 2010. When a great player like Seve Ballesteros gives it his recommendation then you know that it is a serious golf course set up. |
The fairways are wide and the greens very large with gentle slopes allowing for many different pin positions from quite easy to the almost impossible to attack.
The location is fantastic with views out to the Mediterranean Sea from every hole on the course as well as the impressive modern clubhouse. This is the newcomer to the Costa del Sol but it will soon become a favourite venue for regular visitors to the area, helped by the golf director Ildefonso Esquivel.
