Canyamel Golf - Capdepera, Mallorca

Canyamel Golf Course is situated in the northeast of Mallorca and boats a diverse menu for the golfer, it is distinguished for being one of the most beautiful Golf Courses on the Island. Jose Cancedo designed this 18 hole, Par 73 Golf Course with the philosiphy of doing the least damage to Mallorca by adapting the course to the natural lie of the land.

The quality of the greens, as well as being a course designed for the players of all levels, makes playing on this course a completely satisfying experience. The little house on the 9th hole was preserved, as were the typical dry stone walls, where they come into play across and adjacent to the fairways.

Canyamel Golf Course is definately a course of 2 halves. The first nine holes are quite difficult, with hole 5 offering a particularly excellent view of Menorca on a clear day. The second nine holes are longer and flatter than the first, but make for an excellent and challenging round of golf.

Canyamel Golf is located on the Eastern Coast of Mallorca close to Capdepera.
