Vall d'Or is an 18-hole golf course par 71, 5.538 meters long from white tees. It combines two completely different landscapes in the first and second round. The front nine holes have rolling fairways surrounded by a forest of pine, almond and olive trees. The back nine holes have wider and more uneven fairways that go down towards the coast. |
The greens, protected by bunkers, welcome all approach shots. It is an average-difficulty golf course but quite entertaining, and with magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea.
The Par 5 3rd hole of 450 metres is without doubt the signature hole on the course due to its spectacular views of the bay of Porto Colom and the Mediterranean sea. A difficult drive is played from a high tee down a sloping fairway. After a well placed drive the longer hitters are able to reach the green in two, but they will have to avoid a wild olive tree which protects the left and a hazard to the right and rear.An 18-hole golf course which combines two completely different landscapes. Located near the Cala Millor tourist resort, the Vall D'Or Golf is at 60 kilometres from the Son Sant Joan international airport and only 3 kilometres from Porto Colom.

Merge onto Ma-19. Slight right toward Ma-19 (signs for Camí/Santanyí). Slight right onto Ma-19 - Go through 2 roundabouts. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Carrer de la Rambla/Ma-19 - Continue to follow Carrer de la Rambla. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Carretera de Felanitx/MA-5120 - Continue to follow MA-5120. Keep left at the fork - Continue to follow MA-5120 - Go through 1 roundabout. Turn left to stay on MA-5120. Turn right to stay on MA-5120. At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Carrer del Mossèn Bartomeu Barceló. Continue onto Carrer de Cintura. Turn left onto Carrer del Progrés. Slight right onto Carrer d'En Joan Capó. Turn right to stay on Carrer d'En Joan Capo. At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Passeig de la República Argentina/Ma-14 - Continue to follow Ma-14. At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto MA-4010 - Go through 1 roundabout.
